A Python library for Radiance matrix-based simulation control and EnergyPlus integration

چکیده
Radiance matrix-based methods enable efficient parametric simulations, allowing users to vary sky conditions, fenestration systems, and other model parameters at a minimal cost computation. However, the steep learning curve complex workflow hinder widespread adoption of methods. The frads Python library with series command-line tools was developed automate entire simulation process, lowering entry barriers reducing human error. Co-simulation between EnergyPlus also enabled using from EnergyPlus.
